The Ticket Price is set by the Host. The Platform Service Fee (approx. 10%) covers Guesto’s secure payment infrastructure and automated invoicing. While Ticket Prices may be refundable, Service Fees are earned upon booking and are non-refundable.
You can request a custom date or private experience via the "Special Request" feature. The Host will provide a specific quote. Once paid, the event is locked. Unpaid special requests are purged by the system to release the Host’s availability.
Yes. Refunds are governed by the Host’s selected policy (30-day, 7-day, or Strict). If eligible, the ticket price is returned to your original payment method. Platform service fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.
You can rate your experience after the event. Writing a "Story" (long-form review) earns you bonus XP. Note: You have a strict 48-hour window to edit your review; after this, the record becomes a permanent part of the Host’s profile.
