Guest Cancellation Policies

Before the event

You can cancel your reservation from the confirmation email or from your bookings page.

Refund policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific policy chosen by the host (30-day, 7-day, or Strict). If notice is provided within the required timeframe, guests receive a 100% refund of the ticket price. Platform service fees are non-refundable for guest cancellations.

How to cancel

Go to “My Reservations” → select the event → click “Cancel Reservation”.
